06/ Quality Control & Approvals
Before products are approved for shipment, we carry out additional quality control checks alongside the factory’s own internal QC processes to help ensure everything meets the agreed standards and specifications.
This includes spot-checking products for consistency, construction, measurements, branding, finishing and overall quality before final approval is given.
We then provide clients with a QC report prior to shipment.... because nobody enjoys discovering production issues after thousands of units have already landed!
Once approved and final balances are settled, products are released and prepared for delivery.
07/ Delivery & Logistics
We coordinate delivery of finished products directly to your warehouse or chosen fulfilment location, helping ensure the final stage of the process runs as smoothly as possible.
For offshore production entering the UK, deliveries are typically managed on a landed basis — meaning we handle duties, import taxes and customs procedures on your behalf.
Because by the end of production, most founders are already juggling enough without trying to decode freight paperwork and customs processes too!
