Our famous development days take place here in Nottingham... where concepts, fabrics, trims, colours and product ideas all start coming together in real life.
These collaborative sessions are designed to help founders make clearer, more informed development decisions while beginning the technical process needed to move products towards sampling and production.
By the end of the day, we aim to leave with a strong development direction and a much clearer roadmap for the next stage of the product journey.
03/ Costings & Commercial Planning
Product development isn’t just about making something look good.... it also needs to make commercial sense.
As part of the process, we provide fully editable open costings that are updated as development decisions evolve. This helps founders better understand budgets, production costs and how different fabrics, trims and construction choices impact final price points.
The goal is always to balance creativity, functionality and commercial viability from the very beginning.
