MEET OUR FOUNDER FAZANE FOX

Fazane Fox is the founder of Fazane Fox Production Agency and the driving force behind our founder-led, commercially focused approach to product development and production.

With over 20 years’ experience across fashion, sourcing, technical development and manufacturing, Fazane has worked on everything from high street garments and independent fashion brands to purposeful, technical and fabric-based products that require more than a standard production route.

Before launching the agency, Fazane worked as a Senior Account Manager for High Fashion, a Chinese-owned manufacturer with offices across the UK, USA, France and Italy. This gave her hands-on experience across international production, factory communication, sourcing, fabric mills and the many moving parts behind a finished product.

She later launched her own womenswear label, Fazane Malik, giving her first-hand experience of the founder journey too. The exciting bits, the expensive bits and the “why has the fit sample come back like that?” bits.

Today, Fazane leads our team in supporting founder-led brands through product development, sampling, production and delivery, with a particular focus on purposeful, technical and fabric-based products.Our job is to bring structure, clarity and commercial thinking to the process, helping clients make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes and turn strong ideas into properly developed products.Production is rarely simple.But with Fazane and the Fazane Fox team behind you, it does not need to feel like absolute chaos in a trench coat.

When she is not working on client projects, Fazane is usually talking about fabric, wearing something slightly dramatic, or DJing in and around Nottingham and Derby. Strictly early set-times only, because she has accepted that sleep is now part of the business strategy.
