Challenge
Aaron and Paige came to us in 2018 with an idea for a new luxury resortwear brand.
They knew the feeling they wanted to create and they knew they wanted to use super-soft bamboo towelling, but the brand itself still needed building from the ground up.
No name. No brand bible. No finished collection. No production route.
Just a very clear idea, a premium product vision and a lot of decisions still to make.
They needed a team who could help turn the early concept into a fully realised lifestyle brand, with product design, development, sampling and production all working together from the start.
In other words, a full Team Fox moment.
The
Solution
With the support of our branding partner, Line & Dot Creative, we helped Aaron and Paige develop the brand name, brand bible and visual identity for Landson.
From there, we created a unisex luxury resortwear collection made entirely from super-soft bamboo towelling. The product direction was relaxed, premium and practical, designed for travel, resorts, poolside dressing and those “I want to look put together but also feel like I’m wearing a towel” moments.
The detail mattered. A lot.
We developed the collection with premium trims and finishing, including branded buttons, branded cord ends, carefully considered packaging, luxury labelling and super-soft care labels. Every element had to feel elevated, not thrown on at the end.
Our team supported the full product journey, including initial design sketches, fabric and trim development, sampling, fitting, wearer trials and production management.
The final collection was produced in Portugal to a high standard, giving Landson a premium manufacturing route that matched the quality of the brand.
Sadly, the launch landed just as lockdown happened, which meant the final designs were paused until the timing was right to relaunch. Not ideal. Very 2020.
But the product, brand world and production foundations were all built.

Because sometimes founders come with a brilliant idea and a beautiful material direction, but not the full brand, product range or production structure to make it real.
This project needed more than manufacturing. It needed joined-up thinking across brand identity, product design, premium fabric selection, trims, fit, wearer trials, packaging, labelling and Portugal production.
We helped turn an early-stage resortwear idea into a fully developed luxury product range with the quality, detail and structure needed for launch.
Soft towelling? Yes.
Simple little beach cover-up? Absolutely not.
